Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalties if done within 48hrs of your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled once. After that a 2nd deposit is required. Reschedule request within 48 hours of your appointment will result in 50% of the deposit to be added towards the new appointment date. A 75% no-show fee will be applied for any client who fails to inform me that they’re unable to attend their appointment. You will also be banned from future bookings. Your appointment will be cancelled if you’re more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time and you will be charged a 75% no-show fee. Deposits are non-refundable.
